Job Description

The AXA XL North America Programs Unit provides customized program solutions and underwriting capacity for market-leading delegated-authority Program Administrator partners who underwrite and administer Property and/or Casualty programs on our behalf.

The Program Manager is responsible for both Underwriting goals and Relationship Management goals for an assigned portfolio of Property and/or Casualty delegated authority programs.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Financial:

  • Achieve an assigned combined ratio on the portfolio of all programs managed.
  • Meet or exceed required rate changes for all programs managed.

Underwriting:

  • Perform Underwriting Audits for all assigned programs, prepare audit reports, and ensure compliance with all recommendations made in accordance with Division standards for timeliness.
  • Update and actively manage adherence to Underwriting Guidelines for all programs managed.

Operational / Client Engagement:

  • Establish and actively manage customized Program Management Plans for all programs. These Plans are developed through regular client engagement, understanding needs and aspirations, and aligning business objectives.

Growth:

  • Achieve or exceed budgeted premium volume for all programs managed.
  • Support the writing of new programs and develop product or service enhancements for existing programs.
