Do you have a passion for organizing and maintaining structured, technical engineering documents? Does the idea of crafting and upholding a new technology-based process within our document control team excite you? If so, we have a position that might interest you.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Input, maintain, and organize asset and project records using corporate systems such as Livelink
  • Resolve issues and document control problems using a variety of standard methods
  • Help prepare complex routine and scheduled reports
  • Select, classify, and analyze data from a variety of sources
  • Issue, route, and maintain engineering documents to ensure employees have access to accurate information easily and in a timely manner
  • Communicate and interface with third party engineering companies and construction companies to ensure accurate project information is available
  • Provide organizational support with SAP business transactions and completed asset strategy documents
  • Support technical document controls associated with technical software conversions

We’d like to review your application if you have…

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Five years of project engineering document control experience
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Knowledge of project management and technical document control systems, practices, and processes
  • A deep understanding of dynamic electronic and physical information workflows and life cycles
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
  • A positive attitude, acute attention to detail, and you are able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at the same time
  • Good social skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Alignment with our values: safety above all else, stronger together, operational discipline, curiosity and lifelong learning, and act with integrity

Preference for:

  • A Bachelor degree
  • Working knowledge of the software and technology associated with managing engineering documentation such as instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and structure drawings
  • Demonstrated competence with electronic document management systems such as Livelink

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:

  • You will work out of our Commerce City Refinery Business Center, located at 5455 Brighton Blvd.
  • Hours of work are typically a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
