Job Description

Warehouse 4 Lead will perform daily duties and task as outlined but not limited to the loading and un-loading of trucks, fulfill orders, provide backup to the 2nd shift supervisor, create and fulfill all cycle count obligations and participate in general housekeeping as outlined by management supporting and building [email protected]:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator.
  • Unload materials or production from incoming vehicles and relocate to proper destinations.
  • Ability to use RF scanner for picking, relocating and production purposes.
  • Create cycle counts.
  • Reconcile inventory balances.
  • Run daily reports and address inventory discrepancies.
  • Provides direction and guidance to warehouse associates.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures as dictated by the organization or state and local agencies.
  • Identifying work-place hazards.
  • Motivate team members and provide guidance and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Perform all warehouse related task and duties as outlined by management.

Skills Requirement:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirement:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Forklift certification
  • 2 years of Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing setting
  • 1-2 years’ experience in using RFID Scan Guns (Zebra equipment preferred but not required)
  • Basic knowledge in Barcoding and Identifiers preferred
