The role will provide administrative support for the recruitment and training of students who work for the university in casual contracts, including student ambassadors.

The Directorate’s role is to provide guidance and support for learning, enhance the employability of our students, promote access, participation and inclusion, offer students the right development opportunities for them and support all student activities through collating and utilising survey data. Our activities are student-centred and developed in conjunction with staff and students. Together we provide expert advice, guidance and initiatives that supports course teams to improve teaching quality. Our careers and employability function helps students acquire professional experience and be ready to hit the ground running when starting their careers.
As a Directorate, we are service-oriented, honest and collaborative and use evidence-based approaches. We take a whole life cycle approach to student success to help improve student outcomes for students of all backgrounds.

This is a fixed term position for 12 months with a starting salary of £24,846 per annum.
