Job Description…

We’re looking for a professional office administrative clerk who is well organized, possesses great time management skills, and is able to function effectively with little guidance. The applicant must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and must excel in Microsoft and Excel and take initiative in managing the flow of calls and visitors. If you have experience with administrative duties, we want to hear from you!

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Perform reception duties, including telephone contact with the public and employees

Assistance in planning and organizing various meetings as requested by the management team

Management of clerical duties such as clerical, filing, scanning, billing

Work with minimal supervision, using sound judgment to make decisions

Collect data, perform data entry and keep other relevant information

Receive and respond to phone and personal inquiries and requests

Other administrative related duties assigned

Requirements and Skills:
Self-motivated & able to work effectively without direct supervision and problem-solving

Comfortable and fast growing environment, not easily overwhelmed, multi-tasking capability

Accountable and reliable, proven record for meeting expectations & completing projects

Ability to multi-tasks, organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervisions

Ability to use common office equipments (phone, fax, copier, scanner)

Energetic and able to stand on their feet for the working day

Proficient with MS Office applications and the Google Suite
