Job Description…..

Oversees the development and implementation of orientation programs for staff employees and new supervisors

2. Maintain the database of all employees.

3. Directs and coordinates training and organizational development programs through subordinate departmental managers

4. Oversees staff wage and salary programs; ensures regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels necessary to attract and retain qualified staff

5. Directs the administration of insurance and other benefits programs; evaluates and develops recommendations for improvements to staff employer-sponsored benefit programs.

6. Develops and coordinates grievance and performance management programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.

7. Coordination with the labor, Immigration, Health & Economic Department. Prepare, update and maintain the database of employment agreements.

8. Maintain the database of visit visas to avoid penalties.

9. Manages the labour accommodation camps for all admin related support.

10. Handles new camp finalization, current camp renewals and overall monitors the accommodation availability for all the employees based on the company hiring plan.

11. Applies the laws, regulations, and principles of equal employment opportunity to personnel situations.

12. Directs staff in counselling management and employees on grievances and other complaints originating from individual work situations or work environments

13. Supports the company in the achieving the quality and other certifications related to the industry.

14. Performs related work as assigned.
