Key Duties for National Bank Malawi Vacancies
The duties of National Bank of Malawi Vacancies to be performed will, among others, include the following:
- Providing legal advice to the Bank.
- Representing the Bank in courts of Law
- Drawing security documents and obtaining consent where necessary; as well as stamping and registering Bank security documents to adequately secure all financing.
- Enforcing security held to recover debts for/on behalf of the Bank.
- Conveyancing of real property for both the Bank and members of staff.
- Supervising Property Management, Deceased Estate Management and Transfer Secretarial Services.
